How does free Game Pass sound? That’s exactly what signing up for Microsoft Rewards can get you, plus more.

All you need to do is sign up with the same email connected to your gamertag, and then you can start earning points for simple tasks such as doing daily Bing searches on mobile and console, and completing tasks like signing in for three days. You even get points for buying digital versions of games.

Special punchcards net you thousands of extra points, so make sure to keep an eye out for them too. You don’t need Game Pass to start earning, but if you do subscribe to the service, you can get even more points for completing additional Game Pass quests.

The points start racking up quickly, and you can use them for Game Pass, Microsoft or Xbox store credit, sweepstake entries, donating to charity, and various other gift card options. To see your daily tasks, make sure the Microsoft Rewards app is downloaded on your console.

Keep in mind that when rewards are claimed, they’re not credited directly to your account, you will be emailed a code to redeem.

This means you can gift codes to other people, or, if you want to be even smarter about it, you can use another email to sign up for Microsoft Rewards, do your daily five minutes of bing searches and quizzes on both accounts, and gift yourself store credit or game pass when you reach the required points.
