Unless you've already player the game several times, you may wish to avoid this particular exploit. Honestly, I can't imagine it will exist for too much longer; as soon as Firaxis realise it exists, it'll be gone, and for good reason. The Ironman Exploit is a game-breaking cheat that allows players to execute an infinite amount of actions in a single turn. It's not even that difficult to perform; you simply press escape at the end of your turn and reload the game immediately. The game will reload, and you'll be exactly where you were before, only you'll have an extra action remaining, as though you'd never used it. Again, I should stress: this completely ruins the game, so avoid it entirely unless you're absolutely desperate, completely out of options, and it's your one hope to get through an otherwise impossible scenario. In fact, even then, don't use it. Just forget I mentioned it.
