Yu-Gi-Oh: 10 Most Powerful Blue-Eyes Cards

8. Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate White Dragon

Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate White Dragon is a level 12 fusion monster that, shock horror, takes three normal Blue-Eyes White Dragons to summon.

Nowadays this is relatively easy as you have old school favourites like Polymerization backed up with newcomers Keeper of Dragon Magic and Dragon’s Mirror, both cards search or help fusion summon monsters.

Featured in the fusion build Neo Ultimate is a powerhouse sitting at a massive 4500 attack but the fun doesn't stop there. After your first attack, you can send other ‘Blue-Eyes’ fusion monsters from your extra deck to the graveyard to get additional attacks.

The second ability combos with the first, If a blue-eyes monster you control would be targeted or destroyed by an opponent’s card effect, If you have a Neo Ultimate in your graveyard you can banish it (remove it from the game) to negate the effect or destroy the card (if it’s a monster), very similar to the graveyard effect of Blue-Eyes staple, Return of the Dragon Lords.

The idea is you attack with the Neo Ultimate, use its first ability to attack two more times by sending additional copies of Neo Ultimate from your extra deck to your graveyard.

You are fuelling your graveyard with ways to protect your Blue-Eyes monsters, namely the Neo Ultimate you’re attacking with.

Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon is a monster that can attack three times, quickly ending the game. It demands an answer from your opponent, but with its built-in ability to protect itself they will need at least three ways to destroy it.
