Daruk feels like that logger-headed, battle-hardened warrior of any great fantasy tale or anime series, who "Just wants to fight!"

He's an enjoyable presence from start to finish and comes with a heart of gold, being the only character to congratulate Link on becoming Zelda's appointed knight. He also demonstrates the incredibly handy Daruk's Protection power you'll later acquire, effortlessly breaking apart a falling boulder when Death Mountain randomly erupts next to where the pair are talking.

With any luck, we'll get a Daruk Amiibo - the guy is just too loveable not to get the full figure treatment.
