9. Nirvana - Aneurysm
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5bLdOlUJTM 'Aneurysm' is a song that has become popular amongst Nirvana fans after it was released on the 1992 compilation Incestiside. It was originally released as the flip-side to the band's mega-hit 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'. Two studio versions and one live version have been released, with the latter being its own single in 1996. The song captures the band at their raw best; loud, screeching guitars, pounding drums and Kurt's blood-curdling vocals. The 1996 live version would top the Canadian chart, but peak at 63 in the US billboard chart. Although the B-side studio version didn't achieve much success, it remains a timeless Nirvana classic which could have been a single itself.
