Recorded in November 1969, between two concerts in New York and Maryland, it captures The Rolling Sotnes at their best. Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out was the first ever live album to reach number 1 in the UK, and with performances like 'Midnight Rambler' and 'Sympathy For the Devil', it's pretty obvious why.

In the 1960's, The Rolling Stones had a reputation as one of the best live bands around and 'Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out' cements that relationship. Just listening to the album, you can hear the confidence each band member had, especially Mick Jagger, who is at his howlin' best. The high living of the 60's is brilliantly captured here, with The Rolling Stones strutting their way through the two concerts style.
