3. Courchevel Altiport - Courchevel, France

Courchevel Airport

Located in the French Alps, Courchevel Altiport is considered to be the most dangerous airport in Europe.

Serving mostly the nearby ski resort, the airport has one of the shortest runways in the world (525 metres). There are no lights or any technical equipment to help planes land and the runway has 18.6% incline.

The airport famously appeared in the opening scenes of James Bond's Tomorrow Never Dies.
