While you're taking time out from the theme parks make sure to get yourself a big lunch.

A large lunch is the ideal way to make sure you're primed and ready to go for an evening of scares. Not only will it mean you don't have to take precious time in the evening to eat a big meal but you will be in peak condition for the evening.

We decided to stay by the pool and eat food from the rather delicious Bayliner Diner at Cabana Bay but we could have wandered into CityWalk to eat at one of the awesome restaurants there.

If you have only a short time at Halloween Horror Nights a big lunch means you can skip sitting down in one of the quick service restaurants in the parks. This not only stops you wasting precious time, but also gives you more of an opportunity to tackle some of HHN's numerous snacks.

Halloween Horror Nights is known for its vast array of food items. 2019 saw a pop-up Starcourt Mall from Stranger Things, complete with Hawkins Heroes sandwiches and of course waffles. There's the rather tasty HHN staple of Twisted Taters and Pizza Fries.
