7. The Staff Night Out
Youve not been accepted in the staff-room as such as you were there when they organised the night-out so, here you are, out with the teachers. Beer in hand, you avoid the ever unpopular Dan and head over to the cool teachers. Over the years, you always had an idea of teachers on nights out. Absinthe. Nightclubs. Sex in cupboards. That sort of thing. This night will be... legendary (you might even use that quote and make them all think you invented it). You sidle up, all suit and smirks, and ask what theyre talking about (sex, drinks, rock & roll?). Were talking about Barry, Gary and Carrie and just comparing attendance records. After that, were going to discuss our contracts and more union issues. To end the night, well slag off some of the teachers who we didnt invite out. That. That right there. Thats your future that is.
