Some people find it easy to sell the benefits of a store card and some of you just don't feel comfortable with them - and that's fine. As long as you ask every customer if they have one, if they would like one and what it entails, then you're doing your job. Except you've never managed to put one through and you're worried about getting a slapped wrist for not hitting your personal target.
