Pacey winger Ince was highly regarded by Liverpool when he broke through as a youngster, and had the advantage of having former Reds midfielder Paul Ince as his Dad.

Despite this, Ince proved to be quite the awkward character during his time with the club, and along with his dad, made plenty of noise off the field without ever really making an impression on first-team proceedings.

A solitary appearance in the League Cup was as close as Ince ever got to forcing his way into the first XI on a regular basis and spent time with his Dad down at Notts County as he looked to get regular football under his belt.

While Liverpool wanted to keep Ince and offered him a new deal, the father/son duo were once again vocal in their thoughts and subsequently turned down the deal, as Ince joined Blackpool on a free transfer.
