A man who needs no introduction, Tim Cahill is an Australian football legend who has proven his talents all over the world, most notably at Everton where he played over 200 league games, scoring 56 Premier League goals.

His record for the Socceroos speaks for itself, with Cahill having scored a whopping 50 times in 105 appearances, including goals at the 2006, 2010, and 2014 World Cups. He also helped Australia to victory in the 2015 edition of the AFC Asian Cup and has been a phenomenal servant to his country over the years.

At 38 years of age, Cahill is not the player he once was but has impeccably kept his fitness levels up and could etch his name even deeper into the history books if he manages to score again this summer. Australia have been handed a pretty competitive group, featuring France, Peru, and Denmark, and could fancy their chances of making it to the knockout round if Cahill can help out with a goal or two.
