Rumoured to have left the show due to conflict between himself and the co-creator, Aml Ameen's departure from the TV series Sense8 was unexpected, to say the least. After making his breakout debut in the classic Kidulthood, everyone expected big things from this actor.

After featuring in the movie The Maze Runner as Alby, the future looked even more promising for the young actor. Cut to season two of Netflix's Sens8 and viewers were all a little bit more than disappointed with his performance as Capheus. It wasn't long before the actor was replaced with Toby Onwumere.

After rumours of an onset disagreement started to go around in the press, co-star Jamie Slayton quickly set the record straight, putting the actor's exit down to creative differences between Ameen and the co-creator Lana Wachowski. While the replacement went down well with the fans, the show was cancelled by the end of season three due to the lack of viewers. Whether or not it was a matter of creative differences, some viewers were more than happy to say goodbye to the Aml.
