After 10 years of playing Jake Harper on one of the most popular sitcoms of all time, Angus T. Jones suddenly decided he was done with Chuck Lorre's comedy hit... and you should be, too.

Taking to YouTube in a video testimonial for Forerunner Christian Church, Jones would blast the show that he'd been starring in since 2003 as "filth" and begged those watching his words to "stop watching Two and a Half Man."

He'd also state that Jake "means nothing" and "is a non-existent character."

Jones would eventually be written out of the show as a main character and only make sporadic appearances in the seasons that followed his controversial comments.

Though the young actor was quick to apologise for his infamous YouTube words in a statement to Deadline.

However, he would then later call himself "a paid hypocrite" (via ABC News) for appearing on the show for so long, stating how the sitcom was "making light of topics in our world that are really problems for a lot of people," and claimed that, while he was "apologetic" for attacking Lorre's baby, he didn't regret taking aim at the show.
