Before she became Regina, everybody's favorite Evil Queen, on Once Upon a Time, Lana Parrilla showed up with gun in hand at the end of the season 3 episode "Greatest Hits" as Greta. Greta, along with her partner Bonnie, were secretly stationed in the Looking Glass and both would be dead by the end of the season finale, "Through the Looking Glass," thanks to Mikhail acting on Ben's orders. Of the duo, Bonnie got more to do when it came to torturing Charlie, taking charge of the situation and ultimately giving Charlie the clue that would help him disarm the station's jamming signal, while Greta ended up taking a dip in the station's moon pool courtesy of Mikhail's gun. Fortunately for Parrilla, Lost's writing duo of Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz would eventually give her far more to do on their fairy tale show, on which she continues to command practically every scene she's been a part of since it kicked off in 2011.
