Inside Job is developed by Shion Takeuchi in her first credit as a creator, executive produced by Alex Hirsch (Gravity Falls creator) and Mike Hollingsworth (BoJack Horseman director), and features a cast that includes Lizzy Caplan, Christian Slater, and Clark Duke. This quirky series follows the employees of Cognito Inc., a government organisation in charge of keeping conspiracy theories secret. If you think that premise is ridiculous, well, so do the show's characters. Inside Job takes incredibly clever jabs at conspiracy theories and their absurdity, but it also manages to use its surreal setting to explore the workplace dynamics, as well as personal issues, in a new and fresh way.
