Had this partnership lasted more than just a few scenes, it would most certainly find itself higher on the list, as Arya Stark managed to infiltrate Tywin Lannister's quarters without him even knowing. Arya is one of the fans' favourite characters, and her tense scenes with the coolest, most ruthless man in all of Westeros were fantastic. Tywin strangely seems to enjoy her company, as she serves him. The pair discuss personal matters - obviously through a veil of sheer lies in Arya's case to protect her identity - that Tywin wouldn't discuss with anyone on his own level. It was a fascinating combination of two fascinating characters, and gave a real insight into the largely guarded Tywin.
