5. Larry Middleman
Larry Middleman is actually not really a separate character at all. Hes George Srs surrogate for staying in charge of family matters while under house arrest. Its just Larry is so damn good at his job it makes it hard not to have him qualify. He manages to take whatever George Sr. tells the family and turn it into the most monotone, matter of fact piece of dialogue uttered on television. The comedy pours out of Middleman, as despite George telling him to stop talking, he continues to speak the words stop talking, why are you saying that? to the family. Larry takes bundles of abuse from not only George Sr, but the rest of the family for his occupation. His professionalism gets him through these tough times, till eventually GOB pushes him too far, and we see what a proud person the surrogate is when he punches the eldest Bluth in the face.
