If you're looking for the biggest ego in Pawnee, Joan Callamezzo is at the top of your list. Joan is the host of Pawnee Today, part Today Show, part Nancy Grace and all Joan.

Over the years, Joan has gone through a messy divorce and dived deep into alcoholism, but she never lost sight of what was most important in her life; taking small issues and blowing them way out of promotion on her show to grow her brand as much as possible.

One of her greatest moments involved being too drunk to host her own show, so it became an impromptu call in show hosted by Ron Swanson. Every call featured a Joan lying in a new, increasingly insane position on screen.
