All three episodes of Secret Wars are good. Who wouldn't be excited during Part 1: Arrival when Spidey is choosing his teammates? Part 2: Gauntlet of the Red Skull takes it one step further bringing Black Cat into the mix and Part 3: Doom gives fans a memorable conclusion.

The Red Skull is defeated, Doctor Octopus is overthrown, and just when our heroes are suited up for battle, Doctor Doom shows them his utopian empire. He even gifts the Thing with the ability to switch back to human form on a whim. One of the most fearsome characters in the universe gives our heroes pause with his benevolence.

Was Doom still a bad guy even if he wanted to create an eternally peaceful world free from villainy? Along with the stacked cast of characters, this episode ranks as one of the greatest because Spider-Man: TAS wasn't afraid to present viewers with ethical questions, even though it was a children's cartoon.
