On Season five of Hell's Kitchen Ramsay's temper was already beginning to flare after some shoddy garnishing from the blue team on appetisers. A main course was ready to go out but Ramsay intercepted a piece of meat that looked like it'd already had a couple people chew on it.

He tracked the error back to Giovanni, the "dick face" on the meat station. After being told to hurry up, Giovanni got to it, but he couldn't resist setting Ramsay straight; he's no "dick face".

This seemed to be the verbal equivalent of a red rag to a bull. Ramsay barrelled across the kitchen, almost skipping as he screamed at Giovanni to say that again. Ramsay was now managing to be angry that Giovanni was angry (meta temper?), so he got in Giovanni's face to show him what real anger looked like.

"Oh, you're pissed are you? Not as pissed as i am, look at me in the eyes", he lunged at Giovanni like a rabid dog on a chain, all the while screaming "donkey!" It made for truly absurd viewing, but the icing on the cake was Ramsay's victory lap around the kitchen, screaming "dick face" louder than ever. 3 Michelin stars for that one, Gordon.
