This interaction frankly boggles the mind, you can see it all over Ramsay's face too. At an elimination on Kitchen Nightmares, head chef Joseph is asked to give the name of his first nomination and the reasons why they're up on the chopping block. He then gave the name of two nominations and no reasons, stating "they know why" - not quite how the show works Joseph.

Visibly irritated, Ramsay told him very slowly and clearly: "Listen, i know you may be slightly stupid. First nominee and why." Joseph replied with one nominee, still no reason why.

It continued to go back and forth, Jospeh still unwilling to carry out the most basic of instructions. You get the sense he's trying to score points on Ramsay by doing anything and everything his own way; that'll show him. Exacerbated, Ramsay can't believe the fuss Joseph has made over the most basic request, but Joseph wasn't done yet.

"I ain't no bitch chef" he kept yelling, seemingly out of nowhere while Ramsay was reduced to utter confusion. Joseph seemed to have no doubts in his mind though, upping the ante when he ripped off his chef jacket and swaggered over to come nose to nose with Ramsay, asking for a fight outside in the car park.

Ramsay remained unmoved by the display of abject stupidity, merely telling Joseph with a quiet, smouldering rage "You've got no respect". After Joseph was inevitably dismissed, he tripped on a step while walking out. Ramsay get's the last laugh, rubbing salt in the wound by telling him to mind the step.
