10 DC Comics Heroes Who Still Need To Appear In The Arrowverse

Which Show? Arrow/The Flash/Supergirl/Legends of Tomorrow

While we would love to see all of these characters turn up in the Arrowverse, there is one hero who would be the coolest guest star of all. Why? Because he's Batman!

For one thing, these shows have been alluding to Batman for ages. Legends of Tomorrow's Rip Hunter has seen "dark knights fall", Supergirl has talked about Clark's pointy-eared vigilante friend and mentioned Gotham, WayneTech has been referenced on a newspaper in The Flash. Even Harley Quinn briefly turned up on Arrow.

It's a bonafide fact that Bruce Wayne is out there - in at least two different universes, no less - so, come on, let us meet him already.

Sadly, on a contractual level, Batman is probably the least likely DC hero to make the jump to the Arrowverse as his TV rights are notoriously complex. In fact, apart from hints in Gotham and silent cameos in The CW's Birds of Prey, we haven't seen a fully-fledged Batman turn up on live-action TV since Adam West. But could the Arrowverse get the chance to bring the Dark Knight back to the small screen? We live in hope.
