2. Green Lantern
Which Show? Arrow/The Flash
Green Lantern is undoubtedly the hero who would make the most sense to show up in the Arrowverse, at least going by the source material. In the comics, Hal Jordan has formed firm friendships with both Green Arrow and the Flash - the founding fathers of the Arrowverse. It would be amazing, then, to see the terrific trio united on screen for the first time ever.
Alternatively, we understand that Jordan is an in-demand character so that might not be possible. The beauty of the Green Lanterns, though, is that there are so many of them. If the Arrowverse can't get the rights to Hal Jordan, no sweat - try John Stewart. If he's off the board, too, go for Kyle Rayner. Or Guy Gardner. Or Simon Baz. Or Jessica Cruz. The list goes on. Surely one of them is available for The CW to grab?
Well, maybe. The only hiccup is that the upcoming Green Lantern Corps movie might be utilizing all of these characters (the clue is in the title). But, hey, we've got to dream.
