10 Doctor Who Stars Before They Were Famous

2. David Tennant

Everyone's got to start somewhere, right? During secondary school, at the tender age of 16, David Tennant proved that he was destined for stardom when he appeared in an anti-smoking campaign which was commissioned by the Glasgow Health Board and aired on TV. It probably entertained more than it educated, though, and then somebody thought it would be a good idea to start screening it in schools as one of those films you're forced to watch against your will in PSHE lessons. If anyone had to haunt pupils throughout Scotland, let's just be glad it was the future Tenth Doctor. You're probably desperate to watch it now, aren€™t you? Well, thanks to an incredibly thoughtful individual, it's available on YouTube for our viewing pleasure, here. Be warned. He is very young and very Scottish. In other words, it's too good to miss. He has certainly come a long way.
