Professor Walsh is a key part of this institution. As the visionary behind the 314 Project, she aimed to create an army of bio-mechanical demonoids for the U.S. army. Adam – who is the first and only demonoid to be created – consists of various demons and bits of technology and proves to be a deadly foe. Indeed, the moment he wakes up, he murders his creator immediately.

Professor Walsh didn’t just create an evil monster, therefore, she also brought about her own death. What’s particularly dumb about her involvement in this project is her lack of foresight. Given the Initiative are supposed to be researching demons, you’d have thought the professor would have a better awareness of the potential danger.

But no, Maggie Walsh creates Adam and simply assumes everything will turn out okay. She takes no precautions and dies as a consequence.
