5. I Always Hear "Punch Me In The Face" When You're Speaking 'A Scandal In Belgravia'
This whole sequence is both brilliant and hilarious. Sherlock Holmes and Irene Adler get dressed, preparing to do battle, albeit in different ways. Sherlock runs around the house and tries on a bunch of costumes while John watches in bewilderment. Irene plays around with some dresses and makes fun of her secretary. In the end, Irene and Sherlock both default to what they feel most comfortable in. But first they "add a splash of color" with the help of their friends. Irene gets her friend to put perfectly drawn make-up on her. Sherlock punches John in the face and accidentally starts a fistfight with his very angry friend as Watson takes the opportunity to vent). So, at the end, we find Sherlock bruised and a bit bloody, and Irene sees straight through him instantly. We end up with Irene naked but completely immune to Sherlock's deduction machine. It's maybe the first time we see someone really turn the tables on Sherlock and totally disarm him, and it's ridiculously fun and funny.
