10 Game Of Thrones Characters You Really Wanted To Survive
6. Khal Drogo
Things might have turned out very differently for Dany if Khal Drogo hadn't succumbed to infection and death. She more than likely wouldn't have been waylaid in the political minefield of Slaver's Bay. And, her conquest of Westeros might have gone a lot smoother with the hulking menace, Jason Momoa, at her side. Having said that, everything we saw of Drogo indicated he would more than likely pillage, rape and burn his way through the Seven Kingdoms, doing the White Walker's job for them.
Nonetheless fans were sad to see Drogo go. Viewers managed to look passed Drogo's propensity for violence, mass murder and slave trading, instead Jason Momoa's smoky mascara and exposed pecks had people screaming adulation for him.
Momoa's performance as the noble savage reached its pinnacle after his rousing speech, when announced his decision to lead the Dothraki to Westeros. Sadly, Drogo never made good on his pledge. Only a few episodes later he was little more than a zombie. His mercy-death at the hands of Dany, solidified Thrones as a show where it was best to leave attachment at the door.
