10 Great Horror TV Shows You Can Binge-Watch In One Sitting
1. Masters Of Horror
Back in 2002, director Mick Garris invited ten of his movie business friends to a casual dinner, and what a terrific decision that ended up being... for horror fans, at least. Those ten guests just happened to include big names like John Carpenter and Guillermo del Toro. Over time, the horror legends began to brainstorm with each other, and it wasn't long before the wheels started turning for a horror television series.
The dinner attendee list only grew over the years and started to include other successful filmmakers such as Wes Craven and Rob Zombie. By 2005, the result was a binge-worthy anthology called Masters of Horror.
From 2005 to 2007, Masters of Horror was a weekly show on the Showtime network that provided one-hour short films, created and directed by a real who's who of horror. With all of the big names involved, it only makes sense that the series was nominated for several TV awards and managed to pick up a Saturn for Best Television Presentation.
If you allow yourself to indulge in just one episode of Masters of Horror, it won't be long before you're burning halfway through season two. Each episode comes with a unique presentation, so getting burned out from the same tired formulas and scare tactics isn't so easy.
