9. Stepsister From Planet Weird
Stepsister from Planet Weird might not be an obvious choice for this list. Come on, the sport that it decides to showcase is windsurfing, for crying out loud, something that approximately zero people care about.
The actors, particularly the male cast members (not to point fingers, but it is what it is) are mediocre even for a Disney movie. But despite all this, Stepsister from Planet Weird has a bizarre sort of charm that makes it inherently memorable.
The world-building featured here definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty, and the film's climax is a thing of beauty. The two aliens are from a planet where everyone is a bubble (creatively named Circulon), so when the bubble emperor shows up to forcibly return them home, they fight him off with leaf blowers and hairdryers.
How can you find it in your heart to hate a film that has the courage to be so unbelievably strange?
