3. Tara Reid
A recurring presence in season three, Tara Reid starred opposite the main gang as Danni Sullivan, the adventurous and care-free sister of Jordan and Ben, and the brief girlfriend of J.D. Like J.D, she narrates her life in her head, and doesn't let anyone get in the way of her loose, eccentric lifestyle. She had a strained relationship with Dr Cox and was hurt by the death of her brother.
Reid, best known for the roles in the American Pie film series, as well as The Big Lebowski (1998) and the Sharknado franchise, ended up appearing in eleven episodes of Scrubs, including one in season four.
Since her tenure on the show, Reid has continued to work in Hollywood, achieving varying levels of success. She is reported to be returning to her role as Vicky in the next American Pie, which has been in development hell since 2013.
