10 MCU Characters That HAVE To Show Up On Disney+

Of all the series scheduled to release on Disney+ over the next few years, I Am Groot will undoubtedly be one of the MCU franchise's most unique. The project will follow the misadventures of Baby Groot in a series of shorts, and is guaranteed to be a whole lot of fun.

This will also allow an exploration into the past of the character the likes of which we've not seen before, as everyone loves Groot but no one knows anything about him pre-Guardians of the Galaxy. While there is the opportunity for any of the Guardians team to show up, the most exciting aspect is the potential appearance of other Groots.

During Infinity War, Thor revealed to Rocket that he learned to speak Groot as an elective course on Asgard, and since it's unlikely such lessons would be taught for the sake of communicating with one single creature, clearly there is an entire race of Groots somewhere in the universe.

This absolutely needs to be explored further. Groot is one of the franchise's most popular characters and has been a wonderful addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but just imagine a whole society of Groots! We are Groot, indeed.
