10 Moments From The Grand Tour We All Loved
4. James May's Fish Tank
Heading back to one of the most popular specials the boys have done: transporting fish across the heart of Mozambique. We have already touched on Richard Hammond and his endless crashes on his cheap motorbike but that wasn't the only vehicle to provide laughs throughout the episode.
James May thought the best way to transport fish across Mozambique was in the back of a Mercedes. God knows why but he did. Not only that but he stripped the car of all its seats, apart from the front two, to make room for a giant fish tank. The idea seems to work pretty well but for some reason, god only knows again, James didn't fit the tank with a lid. This would be okay if the tank was never going to move but as soon as James touched the accelerator the water splashed right out the tank and covered the presenter in cold salty water.
Throughout the episode, Clarkson would often brake hard, forcing James to quickly tap his brakes, resulting in May being drenched once again. The scene is a fan favourite as it's one of only a few moments in The Grand Tour where we see the trio properly belly laughing at the misfortune of each other.
