10 Most Badass Female Characters From Animated Shows

7. Rogue - X-Men Evolution

Ok so this is entering into comic book territory but an animated show is an animated show, and X-Men Evolution was a darn good one. Among its host of intriguing characters, one who really stood was Rogue.

Partly because of being very different in presentation compared to her previous incarnations, and partly because of her don’t-give-a-damn attitude towards everything happening around her.

Unlike other versions, this Rogue couldn’t fly, nor did she have the trademarked yellow gear. However what we did get was a half-paranoid, Goth version of the iconic character. And the really cool part is that she carried this persona perfectly. She struggled to fit in, and she could not have cared less about it.

There were also some very big origin changes as she was revealed to be Mystique’s daughter, alongside Nightcrawler who turned to be her son. Amazingly enough, even all the complicated plot devices served her just fine, elevating her character to never-before-seen heights.
