2. The Krenim Temporal Ship
The incredible Voyager two-parter Year of Hell introduces us to the Krenim temporal ship, a ship with the unique ability to remove things from history.
In Year of Hell we see the Krenim temporal ship shoot the home planet of the Zahl which deletes the entire planet from the timeline, removing all the influence it has ever had on the universe around it. Every lifeform originating from the Zahl home world is gone with no one even able to notice.
Their leader, Annorax tries to use this power to restore his dead wife but imagine what would happen if this technology was widespread. Things would just slowly disappear from reality until history was filled with nothing but temporal ships, until they decide to shoot each other, at which point you've effectively erased history. Or, uh, maybe you undid the undoing… In which case everything should be fine… Right?
There's plenty of time manipulation in Star Trek but nothing else just flat-out erases a thing from existence. This is a uniquely terrifying power.
