10 Non-Netflix Marvel TV Shows Disney Should Make

Wesley Snipes may still be campaigning for a Blade 4, but - in all honesty - the hard R-rated tone of the classic superhero-horror franchise just wouldn't gel with the family-friendly nature of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It's probably for the best, then, that the character of Blade is rebooted by the TV division.

Despite the likes of Doctor Strange, The Defenders and others paying lip service to the mystical side of the Marvel universe, we still don't have a series that properly delves into the supernatural. Which is a shame as the horror corner of the Marvel comics universe has a lot of rich material to mine. A show based around the vampire-hunting Daywalker, however, would be the perfect place to make up for that.

The best direction for a Blade series might be in following an idea that was once meant to happen in the comics: have the character mentor his teenage daughter in the ways of the vampire hunter. If they wanted, they could even bring Snipes (now 55, after all) back to play this older Blade.
