8. Pairing Of Marshall And Lily
18-year old sweethearts, and now a successful married couple - Lily and Marshall have had a few twists and turns, but they are the perfect couple. High school sweethearts who continued to love each other, Marshall and Lily define what a true couple should look like. Marshall and Lily have never cheated on each other, and while Lily left Marshall hanging high and dry for a brief period, she returned, and they became a couple together. Marshall and Lily equal awesomeness, and it's great to see something like this come up on the show. Marshall is the big goofy stud in the gang, who, while being the tallest and the strongest of the group, is the kindest and sweetest, and every group in real life has a 'Marshall' of their own: charming, sweet, strong, yet goofy. Lily, however, is a manipulating and cunning woman, who can do anything to get what she wants. In this relationship, in my opinion, there's no 'reacher' and 'settler', and both of these are perfect for each other, and they add the romance part to the show.
