10 Signs You Know Way Too Much About That '70s Show

3. You Know That Mila Kunis Lied To Get Her Part

That 70s Show
AMC

Jackie Burkhart is a selfish, spoiled brat who unintentionally joined the gang when she started dating Kelso. They begrudgingly accept her, continuing to hang out with her even after her relationship with Kelso ends. Mila Kunis played the part for eight seasons. She built her career on the role but it almost didn't happen.

Producers wanted everyone auditioning for Burkhart to be at least 18 years old, but Kunis was only 14 at the time. She told the producers she would be 18 soon, which is technically not a lie, though they probably thought she meant a few weeks and not a few years. When they found out the truth, they decided to keep her on the sow as she fit the part so well.

This obviously a good choice for the series as it wound't have worked without her. Not only did it Kunis build a career off the show, she met the love of her life there as she eventually married her on screen romantic interest, Ashton Kutcher.
