1. Dr Ben (Louie)
"Louie" is the fantastic sitcom creation of comedian Louis CK. In episode 3, Louis has an appointment with an old friend who has since become a doctor, played by Ricky Gervais. After struggling to get past his secretary and her attitude, Louis is left wishing he never had when he finally gets into the doctors office. Dr. Ben infuriates his patient when it becomes clear he doesn't take anything seriously, much less his job as a doctor. One of the first things he tells Louis is that he's keeping an old woman waiting so he can squeeze her for money "until her liver falls out her ass." In fact he spends the majority of the time insulting Louis and joking around about serious illnesses, each joke punctuated with Gervais' trademark over the top laugh. His medical opinions range from telling Louis he looks like someone "poured diarrhea into a face shape mould," to insisting that he has the worst penis he's ever seen. After an unnecessary full rectal examination, which he still couldn't take seriously, Dr. Ben proved without doubt that he is the world's worst doctor when he decided that although Louis checks out fine, he still thinks it's AIDs.
