5. He Thinks He Ruins Saturday Night Live When He Hosts It
Such is the modesty of Jim Parsons, he doesn't yet feel as though he's enough of a star to find himself in some of the situations that he often finds himself in - with hosting the iconic NBC show Saturday Night Live being one of those situations. About his hosting of the show, Parsons has said:
It feels like Im ruining the club that they created. You know what I mean? You grow up going, Thats some Hollywood royalty that gets to host that. (But) apparently I was wrong, cause here I am.
It says a lot about him that, in spite of the fact he is a hugely successful star and has millions of fans worldwide, he still doesn't deem himself worthy to fulfil the role of host on the show satisfactorily. Well, Jim, you certainly are worthy!
