4. Killing Carol

This may seem contradictory to what I've just said, but in my eyes, there are two 'unkillable' characters in the entire show. One of the characters is so phenomenal that showrunner Scott M. Gimple himself actually came out and declared that she's safe. Carol. No character has improved or developed quite like her. She's transformed from mild-mannered, vulnerable, abused mother to icy cool killer over the course of the series. Are we supposed to 'like' her? That's for everyone to decide individually, but she is most certainly an amazing character who makes the biggest decisions of all. Killing Carol would be a massive gut-punch considering some other pointless fringe characters are still breathing. As mentioned, she appears safe for now, but let's hope that lasts until the very end.
