10 Things The Arrowverse Wishes It Could've Done Differently

8. Introducing Too Many Team Members (Arrow)

Most Arrow fans will tell you that the show's first two seasons were its best - the question is why? Oliver Queen's mission began as a solitary one but that most definitely contrasts the size of Team Arrow that we see today. As Oliver's mission evolved, it seemed clear that he would require some help in protecting Star City. The initiations of Felicity Smoak and John Diggle into Team Arrow were welcomed and expanded the scope of what the group was capable of.

Since then, Team Arrow has kept on growing and not always for the better - season seven even prepped us for the next generation. Team Arrow isn't The Avengers and there are more weak links than the show cares to admit.

Take Curtis Holt for example - also known as Mr Terrific. Whilst Felicity was managing just fine by herself in the technical department of Team Arrow, Holt proved an unnecessary but tolerable addition to the team. Recently however, Holt has been venturing out into the field and there is no need for him to do so. Yes, he's been training up, but he can't match the skill of Oliver, Diggle or even Rene Ramirez. It just makes the team feel clunky.

Does anyone even remember Ragman? This season five Team Arrow member was perhaps the most fleeting of the lot. On the other hand, there have been some valuable additions to the team. Laurel, Sara, Thea and Roy all felt like natural additions - yet they all had personal connections to the team and so their joining made sense.

Sorry but the Team Arrow we've seen in later seasons feels like a home for wayward, wannabe vigilantes.
