10 Things You Didn't Know About Krysten Ritter

1. What Would've Happened To Jane

Breaking Bad Jane Death
AMC

I loved Jane, you loved Jane, most importantly - and tragically - Jesse loved Jane. As mentioned previously, she was only on the show for nine episodes, and yet the impact of those continued to be felt throughout the rest of the series, especially since her death was the real turning point of Walt becoming Heisenberg and not just someone doing his best to survive and provide.

Without her death, the series might have been very different, especially for the two main characters. But how does Ritter imagine things would've turned out for Jane? Rather optimistically, she has relatively high hopes for what would've happened to her character, saying: "Maybe getting sober and staying sober. It would have been nice to see a glimpse of happiness for them."

While it would have been great to see Jesse and Jane enjoy the happiness they deserved, probably in New Zealand (it's where they filmed Lord of the Rings!), there's no question that her dying impacted the show more than her living could have done.
