6. 2008 - The Mayan-Nordic Alliance
Wanting another shot at taking over Charming, the Mayans set up a rather rocky alliance with the local crank dealers The Nords. Both gangs had issues with SAMCRO who were preventing the Nords from dealing drugs in Charming as well as selling guns to enemies of The Mayans. The opening shot of the renewed war was fired by the Mayans who burned down SAMCRO's gun storage warehouse, severely impacting their major source of income. The war became so bloody that the Sons made the decision to patch over their brother club from Indian Hills, Nevada the Devil's Tribe as they felt the Tribe could not adequately protect themselves from a potential Mayan threat. The war finally came to and end when Clay, Alvarez and Darby, leader of the Nords, all sat down to avoid any more bloodshed. It was decided that the Sons would begin selling guns to the Mayans and all disputes between the two gangs nationwide would end in the Sons favour.
