10. Montgomery Burns (The Simpsons)
Money is power and nobody is as rich and powerful as the only animated character to make this list. Monty Burns is a man who often gets what he wants. He has the wealth to buy his way to the Iron Throne, the ambition to rule seven kingdoms in his own image, and the complete lack of compassion necessary to survive. Though extremely old, and physically weaker than an infant, Burns still inspires fear. A successful businessman, he could introduce nuclear power to Westeros, have the Iron Bank in his pocket and command an army of loyal soldiers (loyal to his money at least). However his age would work against him. He would be totally unable to take part in any battles meaning his troops may not be so motivated to defend him, and his senility would leave him wide open for other players like Littlefinger to manipulate him. Still Monty would fit in very well in Kings Landing and if anyone dared to cross him, we know he's not above releasing the Hound.
