2. Man In Black - Westworld
Anyone who has watched the first three seasons of Westworld will likely have been intrigued by a sinister and seemingly omnipotent character known at first as the Man in Black. Later revealed to be William but in the future, the show managed to demonstrate the effects that the park had on the naive young son-in-law of park creator James Delos in corrupting him into eventually becoming the park's tormentor.
Seemingly killed in the season 3 finale by a host created in his own image, it’s likely that we may have seen the last of William or the Man In Black, which is a tough pill to swallow as Ed Harris’ stellar performance as the mercurial Grim Reaper may come to an end. However, all hope may not be lost as Westworld is set in the future with advanced technologies that have allowed for the creation of artificial beings that are indistinguishable from real people, so it could be possible for William to return in some form at least.
