10 TV Shows In Danger Of Being Cancelled

7. The Last Man On Earth

Why it Might Be Cancelled

The sitcom is titled The Last Man on Earth, a premise that surely has a limited lifespan. It's one of Fox's lowest rated comedies, and has had a particularly sharp downturn this year, falling below 2 million viewers for the first time, which could be difficult to turn around.

Why It Might Not

There's some great creative talent involved in the show, and it does get a fair bit of critical praise, which might just be enough to convince Fox to give it some more time. It probably depends on what they do with Son of Zorn and Making History, which are the network's other Phil Lord/Christopher Miller productions, and similarly not performing too well. It could be that Last Man is seen as the most reliable since it's the oldest, or the one whose time is up.
