6. We Are Who We Are
The latest established and critically acclaimed film director to make their way to television is Luca Guadagnino. The director of the Oscar-winning phenomenon, Call Me By Your Name has created a new coming-of-age limited series, with We Are Who We Are.
The series will centre on two teenagers, who develop a friendship while living near a US military base in Venice, Italy. The cast includes the budding young actor, Jack Dylan Grazer (Stephen King’s It, Beautiful Boy and Shazam), and relative unknown, Jordan Kristine Seamon, with a supporting cast that includes Chloe Sevigny, Alice Braga and Kid Cudi.
With gorgeous cinematography and a beautiful, tender love story at the centre, this series will hopefully live up to the rest of Guadagnino’s filmography.
