11 Important Things To Remember About Game Of Thrones Before Watching Season 7

10. Jaime Swore That He Would Kill Tyrion

Game Of Thrones Season 7
HBO

The bond and brotherly love between Jaime and Tyrion was most evident in season 4. Jaime pleaded with his brother to confess so that he could be sent to the Night’s Watch, he went to Tywin and promised to raise a family in Casterly Rock if he would let Tyrion live, and he risked his own life by helping Tyrion escape King’s Landing with Varys.

But, after learning that Tyrion had mercilessly murdered their father whilst he was helpless and on the potty, Jaime swore to Cersei that only he and her mattered. Moreover, he told Bronn, Tyrion’s once partly loyal bodyguard and friend, that he would kill the dwarf if they ever crossed paths.

It’s inevitable that Jaime and Tyrion will face off in season 7, especially with them both being Hands of their respective Queen, but will Jaime truly be able to murder his brother? You’d think no, but this is Game Of Thrones. Someone who the fans love and adore must die.
