Clichéd certainly but not impossible. Ms Delphox has been identified as both a banker and as running the most secure institution in the universe. And that BBC promo shot of her couldnt look more villain-y if she was twirling a handlebar moustache. Its the same female baddie look we always get. Tall, thin, and in a dark suit and skirt. Glasses are optional but preferred. So is she an outer space Conrad Black stealing from her own bank? Possibly but it sounds way too mundane for Doctor Who. If Delphox is the villain (and honestly, how can she not be?), her plans are most likely to be connected to her out of this world secret and possibly this creature seen in the Series 8 trailer. Perhaps its some kind of slave and Delphox is planning for it to be killed in the crossfire of the heist for... reasons. Whatever her motives are, the idea that Delphox is involved or more likely masterminding the heist seems so obvious that its practically beating you over the head. Then again, she looks so much like a villain and her being revealed as the bad guy would be such an anti-climax that it almost comes right back around to her being totally innocent because you expect more of the writers.
